Alison Caron Design, an advertising and branding firm, has a new home on Main Street, Hyannis. The office, at 396 Main Street, suite 14, is above Puritan Cape Cod, and features ample space for team meetings with clients, a photography studio, and room for owner, Alison Caron, to teach design workshops. Caron has worked on Main Street for more than 10 years. She was creative director of Cape Cod Magazine, South Shore Living, Chatham Magazine, and Cape Cod Guide, and prior to that, a graphic designer at The Cape Cod Times. "Main Street, Hyannis, is the hub of Cape Cod business," says Caron, "and it feels great to be home again and close to my clients." Her downtown clients include The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, The Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District, Diamond Perfections, Brazilian Grill, Torino Restaurant & Bar, Little Miss Cupcape, Brazilian Touch Salon & Day Spa, and Mackenzie & Mae Interiors. The new space will allow Caron, who teaches at the Geek Girl tech conferences and is an adjunct instructor in graphic design at Cape Cod Community College, to provide internships for her students and host design workshops including her upcoming "Photoshop Boot Camp."
